Diasoft, the leading provider of cutting-edge financial technologies, announced significant functional enhancement of its Diasoft Sensor.

Diasoft Sensor was designed to control performance of Diasoft FA# and FLEXTERA systems. The product allows raising the efficiency of user operations and reducing the downtime when working with the core banking system. The ongoing product development ensures constant expansion of its functional capabilities.

The new functional capabilities of Diasoft Sensor include the following:

  • Monitoring of user operations with accounts

A mechanism for monitoring operations with customer accounts was implemented in Diasoft FA# to protect the system from leakage of customer data. The reports created by the system provide information on employees and their operations during the day, such as account opening and closing, viewing account balances, account operations and time of these operations.

  • Analytics

At the end of each day, Diasoft Sensor generates analytical messages that comprise the following details:

- Information on system functioning during the day, expressed both as a percentage and as a quantitative estimation of the system performance (taking into account the day of the week);

- The list of branches whose performance was lower or higher than usual: the system analyzes the performance of a branch taking into account the day of the week;

- The list of users whose performance was lower than usual.

  • Forecasting

Diasoft Sensor provides the management with the list of employees whose performance has started to decrease, which allows timely getting the situation under control.

The implementation and configuration of Diasoft Sensor starts from 16 work days. You will be able to duly estimate the advantages of the product after just several days of its use.
